 LATE, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES

Late Policy - If you're more than 10min late to your appointment, we WILL have to reschedule your booking. This may incur a $25 late fee. Barbers need adequate time to carry out barbering services, carry out Covid hygiene standards & prevent running late for the next appointment.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your appointment within 3hrs of your appointment this may incur a $25 cancellation fee, as it is difficult to fill the appointment with such short notice.

No Show Policy - Failure to attend your appointment without any attempt to contact us may incur a $40 no-show fee, as the appointment will go unfilled.
